At GadgetNick, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If something is not right, we are here to make it right. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before reaching out to our support team.
Our 30-Day Return Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return window on all eligible items. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
You must have proof of purchase such as your order confirmation email or order number.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging.
Items returned more than 30 days after the delivery date.
Downloadable or digital products.
Gift cards.
Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Step 1 — Email us at support@gadgetnick.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for your return.
Step 2 — Our support team will review your request and respond within 24 hours with instructions and a return address.
Step 3 — Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our team.
Step 4 — Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first as processing times can vary. If you still have not received it, contact us at support@gadgetnick.com and we will look into it immediately.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please take the following steps:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at support@gadgetnick.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
In most cases of defective or damaged items, we will either send you a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item entirely, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send us an email at support@gadgetnick.com with:
Your order number.
A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
A brief description of the issue.
We will resolve the issue immediately at no additional cost to you. You will not be required to return the damaged item in most cases.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error — such as a wrong item, defective product, or damaged item — we will cover the return shipping cost in full.
If you are returning an item for any other reason, such as a change of mind or accidental order, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. GadgetNick is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 12 hours, your order may have already been processed and sent to our fulfillment team and we may not be able to cancel it.
