At GadgetNick, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy below so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Rates
We keep shipping simple and affordable for every customer.
Flat Rate Shipping — $4.99 on every order, no matter the size or quantity. No hidden fees, no surprises at checkout.
Free Shipping — We occasionally run free shipping promotions for our customers. Subscribe to our email list to be the first to know when these offers are available.
Delivery Timeframe
Standard Shipping: 7 to 12 Business Days
Please note that business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or US public holidays.
Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, or carrier delays that are outside of our control.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation email.
If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, contact us at support@gadgetnick.com and we will look into it right away.
Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted US carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and order size. The carrier used for your specific order will be noted in your shipping confirmation email.
Delivery Issues
Lost Package — If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your property, with neighbors, and at your local post office. If the package still cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date at support@gadgetnick.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
Delayed Package — If your package has not arrived within 12 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@gadgetnick.com with your order number and we will assist you immediately.
Wrong Address — Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. GadgetNick is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
PO Boxes and Military Addresses
We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses via USPS. Please note that delivery to these addresses may take slightly longer than the standard 7 to 12 business day window.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipped orders.
Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST on a business day will typically begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST or on weekends and holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
