ORDERS
How do I place an order? Simply browse our store, add the items you want to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your shipping and payment details and confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? You can request to change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours your order may have already been processed and we may not be able to make changes. Contact us immediately at support@gadgetnick.com with your order number if you need to make a change.
I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email. What should I do? Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us at support@gadgetnick.com with the email address you used at checkout and we will resend it to you.
Can I order by phone? We currently only accept orders through our website. However if you need assistance placing an order, our support team is happy to guide you through the process. Call us at +1 636-324-3273.
SHIPPING
How much does shipping cost? We charge a flat shipping fee of $4.99 on all orders across the United States regardless of order size or quantity.
How long does delivery take? Standard delivery takes 7 to 12 business days from the date your order is shipped. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or US public holidays.
Do you ship internationally? At this time we only ship within the United States including all 50 states, Alaska, Hawaii, and military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
How do I track my order? Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
My tracking says delivered but I have not received my package. What do I do? Please first check around your property, with neighbors, and at your local post office. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date at support@gadgetnick.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier right away.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window on all eligible items. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at support@gadgetnick.com with your order number and reason for return.
How long does it take to receive my refund? Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do? We are sorry to hear that. Please email us at support@gadgetnick.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund immediately at no extra cost.
I received the wrong item. What do I do? We apologize for the mix-up. Contact us at support@gadgetnick.com with your order number and a photo of the item you received and we will sort it out for you right away.
Do I have to pay for return shipping? If the return is due to our error such as a wrong or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping cost in full. If you are returning an item for a personal reason such as a change of mind, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
PAYMENTS
What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment options available at checkout.
Is it safe to enter my payment information on your website? Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed through secure trusted payment gateways. We do not store your credit card details on our servers at any time.
Why was my payment declined? Your payment may have been declined due to incorrect card details, insufficient funds, or a restriction from your bank. Please double check your information and try again. If the issue continues, contact your bank or try a different payment method.
Will I be charged sales tax? Applicable sales taxes may be added to your order at checkout depending on your state and local tax regulations.
PRODUCTS
Are your products good quality? Yes. Every product in our store is carefully selected before it is listed. We only stock products that we genuinely believe in and that deliver real value to our customers.
Do your products come with a warranty? Our products are covered under our 30-day return and refund guarantee. If a product is defective or stops working within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we will replace it or issue a full refund.
Are the product images accurate? We do our best to display product images as accurately as possible. However colors and sizes may vary slightly depending on your screen display settings.
The product I want is out of stock. Will it come back? We regularly restock popular products. You can subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when items are back in stock or when new products are added to the store.
ACCOUNT
Do I need an account to place an order? No. You can check out as a guest without creating an account. However creating an account allows you to track your orders, save your details for faster checkout, and access your order history.
How do I reset my password? On the login page, click "Forgot your password" and enter the email address associated with your account. We will send you a link to reset your password.
